Cancellation Policy

Except as required under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we do not offer cancellations for orders once they have been placed.

For pre-order Book and Toy products, you may request cancellation at any time before the order has been fulfilled or shipped. Pre-order products are items that are not yet in stock and will be delivered at a future date.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, however you may be eligible to request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or delayed goods.
